Description

The Austin Healey 100 was the 1st of the Big Healeys, as opposed to the smaller Sprite, they used the mechanicals from the A90 Atlantic. The 1st 100 was the 1953 BN1, In 1955 the BN1 was replaced by the BN2, it got slightly larger front wheel arches and 4 speed transmission replacing the 3 speed. Later in 1955 a faster model became available, the 100M, it got a larger carby, cold air box and high lift camshaft producing 110 hp. It also had stiffer suspension, louvres in the bonnet and a belt across it. Engine; 2660 4 cyl
