Description

Corinthian White. Fords personal luxury car, A new shape for the 3rd generation, built from 1961 to 1963, now with the 'bullet' look. Available as a Hardtop, Convertible ('Sports Roadster' option with fibreglass tonneau) and Landau (vinyl roof and simulated S-bars on the rear pillars). The most distinctive feature of the 1961 to 1963 Thunderbirds was the highly touted 'Swing Away' steering wheel. The 1963 model got restyled sides and chrome bars added to the doors, also a new grille.
