Description

The 1963-67 Humber Sceptre was a luxury badge engineered version of the Hillman Super Minx, the Mk I was built from 1963-65. The single headlight Hillman Super Minx was the base model, the dual headlght Singer Vogue, the mid spec and the Humber Sceptre, the top model. It featured similar twin headlight styling to the Vogue. The high level of equipment included disc front brakes, overdrive, screen washers, reversing lamp, rev counter and full range of instruments. Unlike the Hillman and Singer versions, which got a flat rear window on the 1964 update, the Humber retained the wrap-around rear window till the model was replaced Engine;1592cc 4 cyl

1965 saw the engine replaced with the 1725cc
