Description

This was so nice. I first saw it speeding past me the opposite direction, so I turned around and managed to chase it to get these shots. I really like these- back in the day these were incredibly common, but they're not often seen now, at least in my experience. Especially in daily runner guise like this one! I really liked the originality of this one- I think these plates would be the original ones, being the format with the raised letters. I believe "UR" is Luton reg?

Now here's the really interesting bit. This car comes up as still being on its original owner! The chap did look fairly elderly, and I love the way he liked his car so much, he's still using it daily 50 years on! Quite a feat indeed.
