Description

The Lotus Seven is a small, lightweight 2 seat open sports car. The Series 2 was built from 1961-67 1957 Series 1; 1172cc 4 cyl. Ford Side-valve, Aluminium Shell 1960 Series 2; 1340cc 4 cyl. OHV Kent 1968 Series 3; 1500cc 4 cyl. OHV Kent, Large 7 in the grille 1970 Series 4; 1700cc 4 cyl. New shape and fibreglass shell

After Lotus ended production of the Seven, Caterham bought the rights and today Caterham make both kits and fully assembled cars based on the original design.
