Description

The Shelby Mustang was a high performance version of the Ford Mustang which were built by Shelby America from 1965-1970. Engine; all 1965-66 Shelby Mustangs had the 306 bhp K Code 289 V8 with high riser manifold. They also got the stronger rear end out of the Galaxie in place of the original Falcon rear end. The 1966 car was less of a racing car, it now got a back seat The Shelby Mustang was a high performance version of the Ford Mustang which were built by Shelby America from 1965-1970. Most were Fastbacks, but 6 Convertibles were built. 1373 GT350s made. 1003 GT350Hs made- Shelby struck up a deal with Hertz to produce GT350s for rent. Engine; 306 bhp 289 V8 Most were Fastbacks, but 6 Convertibles were built. 1003 GT350Hs made- Shelby struck up a deal with Hertz to produce GT350s for rent. 800 were black with gold stripes, and the remaining 200 were the standard Shelby colours
