Well, this stood out miles on a quiet UK residential street! It's a 1975 Oldsmobile Delta Highway Patrol car from Memphis, Tennessee, imported into England in 1986. I must say these do look really cool, and I would love cruising around in this, but I think I'd struggle with parking! This picture doesn't really show how big it was, but it was huuuuge! It's actually owned by the local pub manager, and is their official mascot. I was surprised this one's been Q plated- I presume it falls into the category where documentation wasn't enough to determine the age... Such a cool car though, it looks really purposeful and the 5.7 litre V8 probably sounds great, although I doubt the MPG is good! Why did we never have really nice police cars like this though?!
