Deutsch: 11.07.1985 DDR 6115 [98660] Themar: Stadtkirche St. Bartholomäus (GMP: 50.502300,10.614496): Spätgotischer Saalbau mit polygonalem Chor und Turm im Winkel vom Chor und Schiff, entstand seit 1488. 1502 war die spätgotische Hallenkirche mitsamt ihrem Chor vollendet, wurde aber im 16. u. 18. Jahrhundert umgestaltet. Restauration 1963/1965. Netzgewölbe des Chores mit spätmittelaterlichen Ausmalungen. Von 1644 stammende Kanzel mit reich verziertem Schalldeckel und Kanzelkorb.
