English: Stamp of the Soviet Union, 1987. 70th anniversary of the October Revolution in Russia. "Lenin Proclaims the Soviet Rule", painting by V. A. Serov. This is a later version of the painting (1962) that does not show Stalin behind Lenin, as seen on the stamp. CPA #5869.
