Deutsch: 02.05.2004 99625 Beichlingen (Kölleda), Straße des Friedens: Burg Schloß Beichlingen (GMP: 51.235016,11.259749). Erstmals wurde Beichlingen 1014 als Burg in einer Schrift von Bischof Thietmar von Merseburg erwähnt. Die Burg wurde wahrscheinlich von König Heinrich I. angelegt. Das "Hohe Haus" ist als ältestes Bauteil aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Die große Gesamtanlage stammt im Wesentlichen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Nach der Enteignung der gräflichen Familie von Werthern-Beichlingen nach dem II. Weltkrieg diente das Schloß in den DDR-Jahren gemeinnützigen Zwecken, meist als Bildungseinrichtung.
