Deutsch: 29.03.2007 01662 Meißen: Stadt und Burgberg von SO. König Heinrich I. gründete die Burg 929. Der Dom, frühgotisch nach 1240 begonnen, hat eine lange Baugeschichte. 1400

Westportal, 1443-1446 eingewölbt. Die Turmhelme, wurden erst 1904-1909 vollendet. Davor links d. Domherrenhäuser. Rechts das Bischofsschloß, erbaut ab 1476. Die Albrechts-

burg selbst, eigentlich ein Schloß, hier rechts, ist ein spätgotischer Bau, 1471-1485 von Arnold von Westfalen. 1710 bis 1864 war sie auch Sitz der Porzellanmanufaktur. [DSCN2174.TIF]20070329135DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
