Description
Deutsch: Sächsischer Dampfmaschinenverein zu Wilsdruff: Der Verein wurde 2002 gegründet und beschäftigt sich in mühevoller Arbeit mit der Bewahrung & Restaurierung historischer Dampftechnik. Jährlich im April zum Dampftreffen sowie im September zum Tag des offenen Denkmals sind die restaurierten Dampfmaschinen, die Dampfturbine und das Sägegatter zu besichtigen. Die Besucher können an diesen Tagen hautnah erleben, wie diese Maschinen funktionieren. Neben vielen Dampfmaschinen kann man eine in Funktion betrachten.
