Deutsch: 07.11.2009 01640 Neucoswig (Coswig), Spitzgrundstraße 24a: Weingut Schloß Zimmerhof (GMP: 51.134367,13.600880). Die Grundstücke waren einst mit Rebstöcken besetzt. Das
größte Weingut dieser Lage war der Zimmerhof. Der Name geht auf den Dresdner Pfarrer und Superintendenten Christian Zimmermann zurück, der den Weinberg 1688 erwarb. Das Haus stammt wohl aus der zweiten Hälfte des 17. Jahrhunderts, geht also auf Christian Zimmermann zurück. Erhebliche Veränderungen nahm Otto Friedrich Wehrhan vor, ebenfalls Pfarrer. Er kaufte 1842 das Grundstück. Das Herrenhaus wurde umgebaut und um den markanten Turmvorbau ergänzt. Um 1900 gelangte das Haus an Rittmeister von Schmiedseck, der abermals Umbauten vornahm. 1929 erwarb die Landesversicherungsanstalt Sachsen den Besitz. Im Herrenhaus befanden sich seitdem Wohnungen. In den 1990er Jahren wurde das Anwesen an einen Investor verkauft. Das Herrenhaus steht lee (2009), das Gelände kann nicht betreten werden. Sicht von Osten.
