Deutsch: 27.06.2012 01734 Oelsa (Rabenau), Erich-Weinert-Straße 1: Das ehemaliges Freigut Kleinoelsa ist aus einem Vorwerk der Herrschaft Rabenau entstanden. Ende des 16. und Anfang des 17. Jahrhunderts war der Hof an adlige Herren verlehnt. Es folgten bürgerliche Gutsbesitzer. 1923 erwarb der Möbelfabrikant Oskar Wolf den alten Hof des Freiguts Kleinoelsa mit dem Herrenhaus (GMP: 50.952162,13.661169). Er stieg er zu einem der größten Möbelfabrikanten in Sachsen auf. Wolf nahm eine grundlegende Umgestaltung vor, das Herrenhaus wurde aufgestockt. Im Herrenhaus wurde 1950 ein Heim für heimatvertriebene Waisenkinder untergebracht. 1951 zog dann die sächsische Finanzfachschule ein. Ab 1958 war hier eine Außenstelle der SED Bezirksparteischule Dresden. 1989/90 richtete die Gemeinde OeIsa hier ein Alters- und Pflegeheim ein, das aber 2003 nach Rabenau zog. 2004 kaufte Dieter Eppler den Hof samt Herrenhaus und Garten. Wandfliesen in der Eingangshalle zum nördlichen Wirtschaftsflügel. Das Grundstück ist nicht öffentlich zugänglich. [DSCNn4199.TIF]20120627295DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
