Description

Holden dealerships nation wide are now carrying all the left over stock from Opel, so it's now very common to see Opel's sitting there amongst Holden's.

The Astra is by far the most popular of the Opel's and is now odds on to become a permanent member of the Holden family, complete with Holden badging, replacing the Opel badges.

In what is fast becoming a circus of comical announcements for GM in Australia, Opel is now favourite in replacing Chevrolet in Holden's line up of vehicles!! So in the very near future, Opel products will start to replace the Chevrolet (GM South Korea - Old GM Daewoo) products that Australian's have been buying for the past 10 years or more and go back to the days when the Corsa (Barina), Astra, Vectra, Zafira, Frontera, Tigra, Calibra and others were sold in Australia with Holden badges.

The all new Corsa, Astra and Insignia, along with Mokka, Antara, Meriva and Zafira, will all now come to Australia, but wearing Holden badges, a complete turn around from where they were heading.
