Deutsch: Bodenprofil aus der "Postdüne" Einzugsgebiet des Flusses Finow nähe Eberswalde (Agrarmuseum Wandlitz, Brandenburg)
Die obere braune Schicht wird als "Finowboden" bezeichnet. Während der 700 Jahre andauernden Wärmeperiode des Alleröd vor 12.500 Jahren waren die Sommer annähernd ebenso warm wie heute. Kiefern-Birkenwälder breiteten sich aus, deren geschlossene Vegetationsdecke die Erdoberfläche festhielt. Dadurch entstand einer der ersten nacheiszeitlichen Böden. Bis zu den 1990er Jahren war diese Art der Bodenbildung nur aus West- und Osteuropa bekannt.
