Die Abbildung dokumentiert den Zustand des Gebietes zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme im Oktober 2015. Nach dem regenarmen Sommer 2018 ist der Teich vollständig ausgetrocknet. Den sich seinerzeit dort angesiedelten Amphibien-, Wasservogel- und Fischarten wurde damit die Lebensgrundlage entzogen.
