Description
English: "558 engine after smash" - an engine inside a hangar building and a man sitting on the tail of an aircraft on the ground.

Photographs taken by Harry McBride (1893-1969), who worked as a rigger in the Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force during the First World War. He was stationed at Camp Mohawk near Deseronto, Ontario, and also at Camp Taliaferro near Fort Worth,, Texas.
