Description

Mojocoya ceramics from 400-800 CE on display in the Archeological Museum in Samaipata. The Chané of the Mojocoyas culture arrived in the area as early as 300 CE when they began carving the red sandstone rock that is the ceremonial center of nearby Samaipata Fort.
