English: Service automobile Laokay-Chapa (Car service Lao Cai - SaPa - Wall Poster - SaPa Museum: From 1909 to 1912, the road from SaPa to Lao Cai was enlarged along Ngoi Dum Valley. from 1915 to 1924, health services were provided once a month by the doctors from Lao Cai. in 1924, the first road for car from SaPa to Lao Cai was exopanded. In 1925 CatCat Hydroelectricity (100KW) was built. In 1927, the first water supply was installed. In 1929, telephone line connecting saPa to Lao Cai and hanoi was connected. in 1930 electricity was supplied in SaPa, urban streets were asphalted and the clean water system was also built to serve regional town. the residential areas of SaPA town were simultaneously established with the streets named as Hoa Kieu, the Kinh (Xuan Vien).
