Description
Deutsch: 14.05.2018 01847 Lohmen, Sandsteinbruch Mühlleite (GMP: 50.993497,13.998433) am Wesenitztalweg. Lohmen wird erstmalig 1292 in einer Urkunde erwähnt. Der Name des Ortes wird vom altslawischen lomu = Steinbruch abgeleitet. Das lässt vermuten, dass schon seit uralten Zeiten Lohmen mit der Steinbrecherei verbunden ist. Hier wird Postaer Sandstein gebrochen, der u.a. bei der Dresdner Frauenkirche Verwendung fand. [SAM6113.JPG]20180514120DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
