Deutsch: Hofanlage Mittlere Holdergasse 34, Marbach am Neckar

Zweigeschossiges verputztes Fachwerkhaus, Erdgeschoss massiv, im EG ehemaliger Stall zur Werkstatt umgebaut, Fachwerk ohne Vorstöße, Satteldach, im frühen 18. Jahrhundert auf Kern wohl des 17. Jahrhunderts erbaut (Keller, Teile des Sockelgeschosses), im 19./20. Jahrhundert im Giebel verändert; dazugehörig parallel angebaute und zur Straße verputzte Fachwerkscheune, mit einer den gesamten Unterbau einnehmenden rechteckigen Toreinfahrt, Satteldach, frühes 18. Jahrhundert.

Das Anwesen hat innerhalb der meist giebelständig mit schlichten ein- und zweigeschossigen ackerbürgerlichen Häusern und teils umgebauten Scheunen bebauten Mittleren Holdergasse dokumentarischen Wert als eines der wenigen Beispiele einer bescheidenen innerstädtischen Hofanlage der Häcker und Handwerker, wie sie im Nordwestteil der Altstadt einst charakteristisch waren.
