Description
Deutsch: Niederschlag Landhaus Bergidyll: Das Gebäude wurde 1888 von Adolf Schmiedel als Postamentenmanufaktur errichtet. Im Jahr 1925 aufgestockt und erweitert erfolgte im Jahr 1972 die sozialistische Zwangsenteignung. Im Jahr 1975 wurde die Produktion eingestellt und es begann der Verfall.Ab 1985 wurde das Gebäude als Ferienhaus umgebaut. Im Jahr 1991 erfolgte die Eröffnung. Inzwischen neu modernisiert und saniert ist es ein gemütliches Landhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter am Waldrand.
