English: The School Street Power Plant of Brookfield Renewable Energy in Cohoes, New York, is a hydroelectric plant powered by Cohoes Falls. It was originally established in 1915-1920 when its General Electric turbines were installed, and provided power for the Harmony Mills, one of the world's largest cotton mills complexes, which opened in 1872.
