Description

Die aus dem Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts stammenden Häuser Podbielskistraße 314 und 316 mit roten Klinkerfassaden, die zur Podbielskistraße zeigen, sollen 2021 abgerissen werden und durch ein neu errichtetes Hotel für Geschäftsreosende und junge Touristen ersetzt werden (Dänisches Design in Hannover: Hotelneubau an der Podbi geplant, in: Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung -Online Artikel vom 31. Dezember 2020). Der Abriss hat im Jahr 2020 schon begonnen, die Hintergebäude waren Anfang Januar 2021 schon zerstört.
