Description
Deutsch: Dresden: Das Hotel Stadt Leipzig an der Heinrichstraße, Ecke Rähnitzgasse wurde erstmal 1457 erwähnt. Es steht unter Denkmalschutz und wegen seines desolaten Zustands aber schon seit Ende der 80er Jahre ungenutzt. Der neue Eigentümer, IIG-Dresden, Projekt Neustadt GmbH & Co KG wird die Sanierung des Altbaus sowie die Errichtung eines Neubaus im Innenhof durchführen. Es sollen durch die Bau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen ca. 3.240 m² Wohnfläche (33 Wohnungen) und ca. 340 m² Gewerbefläche (5 Gewerbeeinheiten) sowie 34 Kfz-Stellplätzen entstehen.
