English: "Ancestor" by Helene Stylianides with assistance from Brian Pattenden, opened by John W. E. Jackson, Chairman of the Lee Valley Park, 23 November 1992. Commissioned by the Lee Valley Park Regional Park Authority. Representing an Augustinian Canon, and made from a nine-foot trunk of Epping Forest oak wood donated by the Corporation of London. Located in the grounds of Waltham Abbey Church, Essex.
