中文：8月1日17时50分许，武警北京总队40名突击队员组成先头救援力量，经过四个小时的长途跋涉，徒步12公里，挺进K396次旅客列车受困的落坡岭站，将第一批救援物资送到受困旅客和沿途受灾群众手中。随后，武警北京总队持续增派救援力量前往受困地区，当天22时50分许，500名武警官兵携带食品、衣服、药品陆续到达增援，运送物资的同时，开始护送旅客平安转移。8月2日凌晨1时45分，第一批328名旅客开始向山下转移，于拂晓前抵达斜河涧车站，乘坐接驳列车到达北京丰台站。其余乘客也将在8月2日白天陆续脱困。
