English: Signal 49 at Truro is the Down Home which controls trains arriving from St Austell. It is fitted with a sighting board to improve visibility for drivers as they cross Carvedras Viaduct. The ground disc in the right foreground is number 37 which can be used for moves from the up line over the crossover to the down line.
