Description
English: The 5th Mechanized Infantry (Kaagapay) Battalion, under LTC JUVEGLEEN S ESCANDOR ARM (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer, showcased their operational capabilities through a Simultaneous Static and Kinetic Display at two Educational Institutions in Lanao del Norte: the Mindanao State University-Maigo Schools of Arts and Trades Campus in Maigo and North Central Mindanao College in Lala on March 16, 2024.

This Static and Kinetic Display was a significant Activity aligned with the celebration of the 127th Philippine Army Anniversary. It reflects the unit's dedication to engaging with the Community, to deepen understanding and appreciation of Military Operations and Equipment, crucial for maintaining peace and order within the Community.

The Event saw enthusiastic participation from the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Students and Faculties of both Institutions, providing them with firsthand observation of the latest Military Equipment and Personnel capabilities used by the Mechanized Infantry Units of the Philippine Army. By interacting closely with Military Personnel, the Students gained valuable insights into the dedication and professionalism of the Armed Forces, fostering a deeper sense of respect and admiration.

The 5th Mechanized Infantry (Kaagapay) Battalion remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting peace, security, and unity across Lanao del Norte and beyond. Through collaboration with educational Institutions and Community Stakeholders, the Battalion aims to inspire the next generation of Leaders and Patriots.
