Summary

edit
Description
English: 231 East Pender Street. The Lion’s Gate Super Service Station was opened in 1931 by the Shell Oil Company in its second year in business in B. C. Which makes this a really useless piece of property now as it is not financially feasible to build anything else on this lot and the building itself can not be torn down as it is a heritage building and it is too old and unsafe to be used as is.
