English: La alimentación es importante para cuando ocurra un desastre, puesto que podemos estar mucho tiempo sin comunicación o bienes comestibles, es por eso que se deben incluir alimentos no perecibles a la mochila de emergencias, estos alimentos pueden ser enlatados como atún (siempre fijándose en la fecha de vencimiento y cambiando cada cierto tiempo de la mochila), chocolates, galletas y cereales en barra, tostado, habitas o porotos tostados, chifles, e incluso se puede poner coca para poder comerla o incluso hasta se puede realizar emplastos para golpes. Y muy importante, poner agua en la mochila para la hidratación y consumo de cada uno de los integrantes de la familia. |
