Description
Français : Kerlouan : chapelle Saint-Egarec, statue de saint Egarec (bois polychrome, XVe siècle). Compagnon de saint Pol Aurélien, avec lequel il aurait débarqué en Bretagne à Lampaul-Plouarzel, venant du Pays de Galles ; on lui attribue le pouvoir de guérir les maux d'oreille et la surdité. Dans la chapelle Saint-Egarec de Kerlouan, les fidèles appliquaient sur leur oreille malade une pièce de monnaie trempée dans de l'eau bénite et la remettaient ensuite en offrande au saint.
