| Description |
Working the delayed 2N39 10:54 London Midland service from London Euston to Northampton. As you can see from the destination display in the upper left of the picture, we arrived at 11:54, around twelve minutes late and one minute from the booked arrival time at Northampton. Curiously, the guard mentioned that this train would continue through to Birmingham New Street and that the displays and announcements were incorrect. This of course makes sense as there were many delays and cancellations following the previous day's derailment at this very station. |
