Deutsch: Zu Hittisau gehört auch das Lecknertal mit dem Leckner See, das von Ende Mai bis Mitte September agrarisch genutzt wird. Die Lecknerstraße ist oberhalb der Parzelle Höfle bis zum seenahen Parkplatz (15 Minuten Gehzeit) mautpflichtig. Im Bild dir Parzelle Höfle mit einer Kapelle, dem Gasthaus und im Talgrund die Hinterschneidenbachalpe. Die, mit Schnee bedeckten Gipfel zeigen links der Falken 1564m und über der Hinterschneidenbachalpe die Rohnehöhe (Einguntkopf) 1639m. Beide Gipfel liegen auf der Grenze zu Deutschland.
English: to Hittisau Lecknertal also belongs to the Lake Leckner, which is used agriculturally to mid-September from end of May. The Lecknerroad is a toll road above the plot Hoefle to insubric lake park (15 minutes walk). In the picture you Hoefle plot featuring a chapel, the guest house and nestling in the back Schneidenbach Alpe. Those snowy peaks on the left show the Falken and 1564m above the rear Schneidenbachalpe the Rohnehöhe (Einguntkopf) 1639m. Both peaks lie on the border with Germany.
