Description
Français : Valenciennes. – L'Hôtel de Ville de Valenciennes sur la place d'Armes.
Au premier plan à droite, le théâtre ; au dernier dernier plan on peut apercevoir des maisons scaldiennes, dites maladroitement Maisons espagnoles.

Cet Hôtel de Ville fut détruit durant la 2ème Guerre Mondiale, la façade a pu néanmoins être restaurée.
Architecte : Jules Batigny ; sculpteur : Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux
Reconstruction : 1953  : Jean Vergnaud ; Robert Marlière. Paul Guislain (architectes).
