solution phase structure of the plasma form of Gelsolin
Summary
editDescription3FFN solution structure no binding.png |
English: I adapted the PDB entry 3FFN crystal structure to visually match the low-resolution SAXS structure presented in the 2007 publication "Global Structure Changes Associated with Ca2+ Activation of Full-length Human Plasma Gelsolin." I manually added the N-terminal extension of the plasma form, which is missing from 3FFN; 3FFN represents crystallized cellular Gelsolin. |
