Description 428-GX-USN-1153137: Southwick, England. Chief Radarman Richard M. Wright strolls down a country lane on his way to work at the Royal Navy Anti-Air Warfare and Navigation School. At the school, Wright instructs British sailors in radar operations and techniques. He is stationed in Great Britain under the U.S. Navy’s Personnel Exchange Program.
