Nikolaus Otto von Wickede (1757–1793), damals Mitglied der Mecklenburgischen Landsmannschaft und späterer Schwager von Carl Schubert, in der de:Silhouetten-Sammlung Schubert, Handschriften Abteilung der SUB Göttingen. Später Herr auf Harmshagen, heute Ortsteil von Testorf-Steinfort, Oberamtmann und Drost zu Schlagsdorf im Fürstentum Ratzeburg.
