Description 462 Broadway (462-468) on Broadway at the corner of Grand Street and through to Crosby Street, in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built as the Mills & Gibb Building in 1879-80 and designed by John Correja in French Renaissance style.
