Description
Русский: Поперечный погон: фабричный ревизор или старший фабричный инспектор 5-го класса, 1895–1904 гг. Фабричная инспекция (с 1894 в подчинении Департамента Торговли и Промышленности МФ, В 1903 г. в центральных губерниях России было принято решение о необходимости подчинить чинов местной фабричной инспекции непосредственно губернаторской власти, что и было сделано, хотя и на временных основаниях). 21 июля 1895 г. поперечные погоны с золотым плетением на тёмно-зелёном бархате со светло-зелёной выпушкой были присвоены чинам фабричной инспекции и фабричным ревизорам. Погоны соответствовали именно классу должности, а не чину.
