| Description |
English: An August 21, 2012 public hearing at Robert Waters School in Union City, New Jersey regarding the question of whether to renew or deny the liquor license for El Migueleno bar at 2013 Summit Avenue for 2012-2013. The meeting was a continuation of a prior meeting on August 9. At the end of the meeting the Mayor announced that the city's decision would be announced September 4 at a meeting at the William V. Musto Cultural Center.
The five people seated behind the table in the background are (left to right) Commissioner of Public Affairs Lucio P. Fernandez, Commissioner of Public Works Tilo Rivas, Union City Mayor Brian P. Stack, Commissioner of Parks and Public Property Christopher F. Irizarry and Commissioner of Revenue and Finance Maryury Martinetti. The five people seated behind the table in the foreground are (left to right): interpreter Raoul Taveras, Il Migueleno owner Ligia Merlos, Merlos’ attorney, Francisco Guzman, Union City Police Detective David A.
