Towboat "Valvoline", with distinctive red stack casings of Ashland Oil fleet, upbound out of canal with empty tank barges. Downtown buildings include Galt House (completed 1972), One Riverfront Plaza (completed 1972), National City Tower (completed 1972) and Humana Building (completed 1985). Part of Clark Bridge (completed 1929) visible in center distance. Concrete guidewall at right appears to be recently built.
