日本語: 平成２８年１２月９日、安倍総理は、総理大臣官邸で「障害者施設における殺傷事件への対応に関する関係閣僚会議」を開催しました。
会議では、「障害者施設における殺傷事件への対応」について報告されました。 総理は、会議での報告を踏まえ、次のように述べました。 「『津久井やまゆり園』の事件で、多くの障害者の方々の尊い命が奪われました。改めて、お亡くなりになられた方々の御冥福を心からお祈り申し上げます。このような事件は決して許されるものではなく、二度とあってはなりません。この事件の検証により、措置入院を終え、退院した後の地域での支援について、制度的な仕組みがなく、病院や自治体の連携も不十分であったなどの問題点が明らかになりました。今回まとめられた再発防止策は、精神障害者の方が、措置入院から退院した後も地域で孤立することなく生活していくことができるようにする、そのための継続的な支援体制を整えるものです。関係大臣には、この再発防止策を実効あるものとするため、連携して具体的な取組を進めるよう指示いたします。」 |
