English: Related to Fig 5B —Cells depleted of HSPB8 undergo abnormal rocking of the mitotic spindle. Video microscopy of a representative mitotic HeLa cells transfected with HSPB8-specific siRNA, showing abnormal spindle motility. Mitotic cells expressing low levels of GFP-a-tubulin were imaged for a 1h-time period at 1.5 min intervals using a Perkin Elmer UltraVIEW Spinning Disc Confocal and 40x air 0.75NA objective; single plane images are displayed at 7 frames/sec.
