Description
English: Some members of the City Council of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA have a publicly-posted meeting the night before each City Council meeting, in order to bounce ideas off one another and hear from the public. During the covid-19 pandemic, these meetings take place on conference calls. This is a recording of the conference call meeting that took place Sunday, 2020-04-19. They were discussing the items on the regular city council meeting agenda for Monday, 2020-04-20, at 7pm.

The regular city council meetings are recorded professionally by city staff. The Caucus meetings are not, and recordings are not posted publicly afterward. I have been attempting to do so on a volunteer basis.
