English: A3 / A31 interchange at the Hog's Back The skewed bridge carries the A31 Farnham Road over the A3 Portsmouth Road at the Hog's Back. The road in the foreground is the slip road from the southbound A3 to the westbound A31, while the southbound A3 carries on beyond the grassy verge to the left. The cluster of cones and a discarded wheel on this verge bear witness to the fact that unwary motorists or those unfamiliar with the road have got caught out when they do not know that the southbound A3 makes a marked bend to the right just over the brow of the hill under the bridge. |
