Summary edit

Description
English: With the Darling Scarp in the background, Western Australian Government Railways (WAGR) A class locomotive no AA1517, in Westrail orange and blue livery, swings around the bend between Kelmscott and Challis with an Armadale Line afternoon commuter train from Perth to Armadale in Western Australia. The yellow sign on the front of the locomotive reads "Non stop Claisebrook to Welshpool".

In 1998, this locomotive, along with six of its sister locomotives, was exported from Fremantle Harbour, after being purchased by the Ferrocarril de Antofagasta a Bolivia (FCAB) for conversion to metre gauge and use on that company's railway in Chile. As of 2012, the locomotive was still in service on the FCAB, as FCAB road number 1434.
