Deutsch: Das Zahlen-Faltschloss Bordo 6100 von ABUS, zerlegt in Einzelteile.

Bei diesem Schloss lässt die Schmierung schnell nach, und es wird sehr schwergängig. Bisher bekam ich kostenlos ein neues Schloss von ABUS, nun wollte ich aber sehen wie es darin aussieht, und ob ich es selbst besser schmieren kann, oder ob es einfach nur schnell dreckig wird. Es wird überhaupt nicht dreckig, es ist nur das Prinzip Scheibenbremse bei fehlendem Schmiermittel.

Um das Schloss zu öffnen, muss man den Deckel zerstören. Der Deckel ist aus weichem Aluminium, man kann viele kleine Löcker reinbohren und den Rest zerbrechen. Dann lässt sich der Federring raushebeln und das Schloss als Einheit aus dem Gehäuse ziehen. Dabei fällt der Rest vom Deckel als Ring heraus (oberste Reihe). (Zweite Reihe ganz Rechts: Mein Ersatzteil aus zusammengelöteten Unterlegscheiben.)

Das Gehäuse (unten Rechts) ist nur teilweise zu sehen.
