Description A North American AJ-2 Savage (BuNo 134059) from Composite Squadron 6 (VC-6) "Fleurs" adding power after a wave-off over the flight deck of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Bennington (CVA-20), circa in 1956. Note the landing mirror on the edge of the flight deck. Bennington was the first U.S. Navy aircraft carrier to be fitted with this British invention.
